We saw our favourite spot Divi on their slide show. Price was incredible, knowing we have been paying about $200, 300, sometimes 400 a night for years. With this membership, we can now stay at Divi 100-150 max. Great cruse deals also. Never have issue reaching them if I need to.
You get so much more than just discounts with our membership. It is surprisingly welcomed change compared to our old ways to book and pay for vacation. Customer service gals instantly made us feel like we were the most important client. They listen to all of our special requests and work hard to accommodate us. Our first trip was on Viking Cruise Grand European Tour. They also helped us with trip medical insurance. We are in our late 60's, so traveling on extensive holidays gets stressful. But we felt in good hands right away. Thank you for your attention to details, and excellent customer service.

I joined to get rid of my timeshare which was draining financially. To much of my surprise, the process was quick and simple. I was timeshare free within couple of months. Now I enjoy staying anywhere I want and only paying for what I actually use. I wish someone told me about them earlier
For the most part it works well for us. Customer service is good. I wish their hours were longer. I don't like computers much and prefer phone conversation. Prices on flight can be better.
I remember being nervous at first. It felt better when we got a personalized welcome package and got to start booking. Conserge service is great. We took 10 days guided tour in Japan. Unforgettable 5-star experience. We saved over 3k on first trip we took. I like taking a big trip every year and few long weekends in between. Use resorts very time.
I saw the package as an investment. It works great for us. Traveling with big family gets very pricey. We enjoy comforts of resorts with many amenities. Always tons of options. The more you travel, the more you save! Thumbs up for customer service. Makes for much more personalized approach.
Short Notice specials are the best! We have 3 kids in college and all in different states. We fly down for a long weekend every few months. I can always find specials in AZ, FL, NC where kids go to school. All inclusive are fantastic too! Sandals in Barbados was a dream vacation and we saved over 2.5 thousand on that alone. Flight rates are mediocre, but we usually fly on points anyways.

I am retired and have fixed income. They snatched me on the boardwalk in St. Maarten. Scratched the card and won free vacation if I listened to the speech. We bought because savings for us were major. I have tons of free time on my hands and short notice offers are great. I avoid busy season anyways cause airports get crazy. I particularly like that we can pass savings to kids. I put membership in my will after I tried it out. Program works! Don't expect much off the flights. I am getting better savings through AAA.
Easy program. No hoops to jump through to get good rates. Availability is hardly ever an issue. Concierge service is good when I don't feel like doing the searching work myself. I also absolutely love the short notice offers! Thumbs up
It was an impulse buy for us. Their pitch had our dream vacation. We booked our 2 week Thailand trip as our first run. Package deal we got was well put together. We squeezed in a pit stop in Dubai, cause I don't plan on flying such loooong times for a while. Absolutely loved the price though. Living in Florida, we can drive to good vacation spots: Naples, Keys. We take long weekends every few months. We went up to music fest in Atlanta and air+hotel package ended up about couple hundred less that what we paid years before without membership. It works for us
I am a traveling nurse and my schedule can be very hectic at times. I do not get to book months in advance. Best part of the membership for me is the short notice specials. I took my best friend island hopping. We stayed on St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Aruba, St. Lucia and Barbados. It was awesome! Marissa from member services was great to work with. She helped us with island tours, car rentals - all last minute. I was bit disappointed that air discounts are not that great.
Prices for the most part are pretty good. Definitely save on every trip we book thru RW. You get best deals of whole weeks, but with some creativity, short notice specials make up for good 2-3 day trips. Airfare prices are mediocre. I book on miles mainly.
I liked my sale guy Mike. But once we got home we got a bit nervous. Started trying out and it adds up. You have to travel. Don't expect to get all your money back in one trip, but the way travel, it paid for itself in 4 years.
Good first: they are very prompt with answers. I got a call back every time one was needed. Concierge agents are good, nothing like calling some companies... Bad: Virtually same rates on air and car by itself as anywhere else. SO if you are thinking of buying because you think you''ll save on flight - Don't.
I have always been a sceptic. When young gal gave told us about presentation, I already was against the whole thing. Tried to talk my husband out of it. He makes the money in the family, so he bought the membership. I have to say I don't like being wrong but this was the case. Not only do we travel more, we travel better! We spend less, but get more. Best part is I don't have to spend time looking for deals and packages, hopping between booking sites. Work is done for me.I am glad I was wrong about them!
Easy to book last minute vacations and cruises. More complex packages, you get an agent to work up details. Find it very helpful. I wish their airfare was more decent. Rarely score a nice deal on flight only.
